The list of scraps allowed to be imported for production materials in Vietnam

According to article 76 of Law No. 55/2014/QH13 on Environment protection law specifies Scrap imported into Vietnam must satisfy environmental standards and on the list of permissible scrap materials compiled by the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister issued decision 73/2014/QD-TTg applies to the import of scraps for production materials and does not apply to temporary import for re-export, transit of scraps through the territory of Vietnam.

The list of scraps allowed to be imported for production materials in Vietnam are as below:
