Fines of nearly 40 million when businesses do not do these things (Vietnam law)

The end of the year period is when the enterprise has to fulfill its last legal obligations and obligations of the year. If the enterprise does not perform these legal works, it will be administratively sanctioned with the following levels of sanctions:

Before the last day of the year (Ig: December 31, 2020) Failure to submit reports on occupational safety and sanitation in 2020 A fine of from 4,000,000 VND to 10,000,000 VND
Before the last day of the year (Ig: December 31, 2020) Failure to submit reports on the management, preservation and maintenance of fire safety equipment at the enterprise in 2020 A fine of from 200,000 VND to 600,000 VND
Before the last day of the year (Ig: December 31, 2020) Do not submit a license fee declaration if in 2020 there is a change in charter capital resulting in a change in the fee payable from 2021 A fine of from 6,000,000 VND to 10,000,000 VND
Before the date (Example: 30/01/2021) Evade Payment of the 2018 Business-license tax Pay 1 to 3 times the amount of the due fee.
Before the date (Example: 30/01/2021) Late submission of 2020 personal income tax finalization declarations A fine of from 400,000 VND to 5,000,000 VND
Before the date (Example: 30/01/2021) Delayed submission of corporate income tax finalization declarations for 2020 A fine of from 400,000 VND to 5,000,000 VND
