If the imported goods are not labeled with origin, will they be fined?

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017 on goods labels;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree 128/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 on penalties for administrative violations in the field of customs, effective from December 10, 2020.
According to current regulations, imported goods must show specific labeling (except for the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree 43/2017/ND-CP above).
In case imported goods violate regulations on labeling of imported goods (except for the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017), depending on the value of shipments, the Company will be sanctioned according to regulations. At the same time, the Company was also forced to apply remedial measures according to the provisions of Article 22, Decree 128/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government.
